What to do if payment is deducted but the order is not processed/ order confirmation is not received.
The amount deducted gets credited back to your account within 5-7 working days if the order is not processed. In a case, you do not receive the refund we request you to kindly contact our customer care department via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order confirmations details.
Once your payment has been completed successfully, it may take 3 to 5 working days for delivery depending upon your pin code/location.
