Eviour's 48 Hours Return Policy

In case of any unfortunate circumstances of receiving any damaged, defective product or a different product, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team who will guide you on the process for the same. Send us an email at help@eviour.com or call us at +91 9891366699.

Conditions for return:

Customer can initiate the return request within 48 Hours, start from the day of the product is delivered to the shipping address.

All products which you want to return must be accompanied by a copy of the original bill, in a saleable condition, unused with the product tags and shall be sent through a proper packaging to us.

Postage and charges for the return of these will not be refunded. 

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy. 

Please allow us 7 working days from the day we receive the product for your request to be processed. You will be communicated through email once your return is accepted/rejected.

Eviour management shall decide whether the product shall be replaced or not. In all the cases, the company’s decision to replace the product shall be final and binding on you. 

For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.


We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Uinfinity Technology Pvt. Ltd. Refund will be processed by issuing a coupon to the customer for the amount of product purchased plus 5% extra.

In the case the customer receives a damaged product, Eviour will bear the courier or reverse pick-up charges , or else to be borne by the customer .

NOTE: Eviour head office will make the final decision on the nature of the damage (manufacturing defect or consumer mishandling).
